Nestled next to an empty and clean beach, it was an ideal spot to unwind after a few weeks of busy marine studies. I loved starting my mornings with a hearty breakfast that included freshly made 'tapioca' and a complete egg omelet-perfect fuel for my dives! With the Historic City Center just a scenic walk away, the 300 steps up the cliffs were worth every bit of effort for those spectacular views. On tranquil afternoons, I enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the sundeck, and simply taking in the serenity of the surroundings. The multilingual staff was always helpful and provided daily room cleaning services that kept everything in order. For those considering a rejuvenating getaway, this hotel certainly offers the elements needed for a peaceful retreat, while still being close enough to explore nearby attractions. If you're looking for a quiet escape in a beautiful tropical setting, Quinta do Sol is worth considering.
